Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR (Human Resources) professional to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the organization's talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Support employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain employee records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist or HR specialist capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability, and teamwork.
