We at HomeTown are looking for Manager - Human Resource to be a part of our People Office Team with the following role and responsibility.
Job Description:
· Responsible for following HR SOP's in corporate office and across all stores.
· Responsible to maintain fill rate as per Manpower Planning (MPP). Hiring employees for Stores/ Hypermarket format and Corporate Office with complete employee life cycle.
· Responsible for managing day to day HR operations task list.
· Responsible for employee data hygiene so that all information on HRMIS online portal is error free including employee personal data and relevant cost center mapping.
· Responsible for driving employee engagement activities. Also ensure that engagement is continuously improves by surveying, analyzing and reporting back credible recommendations to improve.
· Responsible for maintaining updated organization charts and HR cost .
· Prepare and maintain dashboards to analyze trends and metrics with the HR department. Preparing and maintaining regular trackers & MIS reports for management.
Experience :
5-6 years required ( Preferably from Retail or FMCG Background)
