We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department at our Software Technology Center. This center is a hub for software development and engineering excellence, and we are committed to fostering a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
Job Summary: As the Manager of Human Resources for our Software Technology Center, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture and organizational success of our center. You will lead HR initiatives, manage the HR team, and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals. This role requires a proactive and strategic HR professional who can effectively manage all aspects of HR operations and partner with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
⦁ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
⦁ Establish HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
⦁ Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
⦁ Implement talent retention strategies, including career development and succession planning.
⦁ Manage the recruitment process for software development positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
⦁ Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and qualifications for software-related roles.
⦁ Build and maintain relationships with universities and industry organizations to attract top talent.
3. Employee Engagement:
⦁ Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.
⦁ Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
4. Performance Management:
⦁ Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
⦁ Address employee performance issues in a fair and constructive manner.
5. Training and Development:
⦁ Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
⦁ Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Identify training needs within the software technology center and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
⦁ Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans for employees.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
⦁ Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the industry.
⦁ Administer payroll and benefits enrollment processes.
⦁ Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
7. Employee Relations:
⦁ Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, working to resolve issues in a timely and fair manner.
⦁ Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
⦁ Promote a positive work culture and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
⦁ Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and career development discussions.
⦁ Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring they comply with company policies and legal requirements
8. HR Compliance:
⦁ Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
⦁ Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
⦁ Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant.
⦁ Oversee the administration of employee contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other HR-related legal documents.
Qualifications:
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
⦁ Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the technology industry.
⦁ Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
⦁ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
⦁ Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
