Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
· Work closely with management to identify hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
· Advertise job openings on various hiring platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc., and manage candidate applications via these platforms.
· Interviews, negotiations, offer letter, pre-boarding discussions till closure of positions within timelines.
· Streamline the hiring process to enhance efficiency, including optimizing applicant tracking systems and interview procedures
· Oversee the on boarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
HRMS Management:
· End-to-end management of Keka HRMS, ensuring accurate employee records and efficient utilization of the software.
Process Optimization:
· Implement training and development programs, focusing on skill enhancement and career growth.
· Develop and maintain clear processes to improve data entry accuracy and ensure a consistent format.
Employee Engagement and Leadership Development:
· Address employee grievances and develop improved policies, focusing on employee well-being and satisfaction.
· Organize team-building activities, office events, and training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
· Implement recognition programs, such as Employee of the Month, to enhance employee morale.
· Facilitate leadership development programs, nurturing internal talent for future leadership roles.
Performance Management and Turnover Reduction:
· Implement robust performance management systems, focusing on regular feedback and goal alignment.
· Analyze turnover rates and develop strategies to retain top talent within the organization.
· Collaborate with management to identify reasons for turnover and develop targeted retention initiatives.
· Reduce time-to-productivity for new hires through comprehensive onboarding and training programs.
Management of Entire Employee Lifecycle:
· Develop and maintain an organizational chart with bios of team members, ensuring transparency within the organization.
· Implement comprehensive processes to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for all team members.
Additional Systems Knowledge:
· Proficient in using Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.
· Familiarity with HRMS software ie Keka, for efficient employee data management.
· Experience in utilizing various hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and similar platforms for talent acquisition.

Job Timings: Monday to Friday, 0+:30 am to 06:30 pm
