About the Internship:
Are you a talented and experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? BMV Technologies is seeking an exceptional HR manager to join our dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for various positions in the company
2. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and promote a positive work environment
3. Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training, to ensure a smooth and seamless integration into the company
4. Oversee employee performance evaluations, providing guidance and support to managers in conducting fair and objective assessments
5. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address training and development needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
6. Serve as a mediator to resolve conflicts and promote effective communication between employees and management, ensuring a harmonious work atmosphere
7. Utilize your exceptional English proficiency, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and vendors across the globe
Who can apply:
1. Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in the technology industry
2. Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to efficiently manage HR-related documents and data
