Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The Human Resources Manager will provide support to the organization, employees and candidates by managing administrative tasks, policies and procedures, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, compliance, and safety. The Human Resources Manager will also drive workplace culture, employee engagement and ensure legal compliance in HR activities.
Qualifications
• Experience as an HR Manager or similar role handling all aspects of HR practices and processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of human resources laws, policies, and procedures in India
• Demonstrated success in recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations and conflict management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance and safety management
• Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant HR tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance related to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity employment
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
