Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager located in Pune. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the HR department, designing and implementing HR policies, improving employee relations, and developing a performance management system. The HR Manager will also be responsible for recruitment, managing employee benefits, implementing effective training and development plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
