Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR software applications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
