Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies. Their day-to-day tasks include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy development and implementation, managing our HRMS and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of performance management and employee development
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HRMS and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
