Job Description
• Process payroll accurately and timely for US-based employees twice a month.
• Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, and other adjustments as per federal and state regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements, including but not limited to taxation, 401K, Medicare, insurance, FUTA, HSA, etc.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance.
HR Policies and Compliance:
• Create and enforce HR policies that align with company objectives and comply with legal standards.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws concerning employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, advising managers on HR best practices.
• Keep accurate and confidential employee records up-to-date.
