Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the hiring process.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement efficient onboarding and offboarding procedures for contract workers.
• Benefits Administration: Coordinate benefits enrollment, eligibility, and changes for contract employees.
• Payroll and Compensation: Ensure accurate and timely processing of contractor payrolls in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations related to contingent workers.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain positive employee relations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Reporting: Generate HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators
