It was conceived by Mr. Sandeep Soni, who brings over 15 years of experience in IT and consumer behavior projects to the development of this unique platform. Bhaktgan App is a digital platform that aims to connect devotees to temples and deities on the go. The app endeavors to meet all the needs of a devotee digitally and has a target of adding 1 million devotees within six months of launch.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Bhaktgan App in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
