Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Kharar. Main duties include overseeing the recruiting, hiring, and training procedures of the company, managing employee benefit and compensation packages, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, resolving employee conflicts, and managing employee relations.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles, with at least 3 years in a management/supervisory position
Working experience in a Logistics company is a plus
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to work. independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment,
