Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located at Golden Tulip Jalandhar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing compensation and benefits, and training and development of employees. The Human Resources Manager will also work closely with senior management to drive the organization's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
• Experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations in India
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and identify top talent
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
