Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring high-quality talent attraction and retention in a timely and cost-effective manner, including monitoring the talent acquisition SOP to fulfill the talent need of the Group within agreed TATs.
• Ensuring a positive Onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the HR Operations.
• Report and track HR service delivery to ensure an optimal employee experience
• Responsible for the designing, monitoring and improvement of HR processes, policies and technologies over time.
• Responsible for maintaining discipline across locations taking appropriate disciplinary action as and when required.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, and health and welfare benefits.
• Ensure competitive and equitable compensation for internal parity.
• Analyze compensation data and market trends to make recommendations for salary adjustments.
Statutory Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and market best practices.
• Ensure statutory compliance under various Labor laws, including awareness of the new labor codes.
MIS & Dashboarding of HR Metrics
• Oversee the HRMS and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Drive fact-based HR improvements and initiate the required changes to get the metrics right.
• Monitor and analyze HR Metrics and provide regular reports on the overall HR delivery.
