H.R & Admin- Job Description:
• Ensure objectives are met within timeline and scope outlined by the management.
• Report to management on critical aspects of business.
• Preparation of HR annual plan and budget.
• Handling the end to end process of recruitment from identification of source of recruitment to presenting job offer to candidate.
• Conducting orientation and learning & Development for employees.
• Handling the employee exit process including process related to resignation letter, employee termination and exit formalities.
• Payroll and leave processing of employee.
• Handling of process related to grievances of employees.
Education MBA (Human Resource)
Experience Minimum 5+ Years
Work days Monday to Saturday (2nd 4th Saturday Off)
Annual CTC: 6.6 lacs to 7.+2 lacs
