Job Description
• Responsible for Attendance , leave & Salary Administration of all group employees
• Day to day maintain & updating of Insyspay software
• Looking after employee life cycle (From employee joining formalities to full & final of employee)
• Timely submission of PF, ESI and PT, Employee welfare fund, Employment Exchange and other legal and liaison related to employee.
• Induction to all employees Asst. Manager & below cadre
• Issue Joining kit to new Joinee i.e. Dairy, Pen, Welcome book, E mail ID, Visiting Card, Employee Office Dress.
• Responsible for all Employee engagement activities Planning and Execution.
• Maintain ( monthly data addition & deletion – submit to Insurance agency, prepare & provide documents for claim settlement to agency ) Employee Insurance ( Accident and Mediclaim Policy )
• Plan & Execute of employee learning & development / Training.
• Manage & timely make payment for all office related bills ( Vodafone bills, CUG – Jio , other office landline bills & other office administration related bills )
• General Administration: over all purchase, Provision & supervision of Pantry, stationary, Housekeeping and other consumable of office. Repairing & Maintenance of appliances etc.
• Every Saturday make sure cleaning campaign in the office and check it properly. Cleaning of the director’s cabins on a weekly basis.
• Travel Desk: Looking after for travel arrangements for Chairman& Directors when n as required (Visa& other travel) & Guest: for domestic Tickets, Pickup – drop stay etc.
• As n when task assigned by Chairman& Directors.
• Support to Sr. Manager – HR in Recruitment process.
