The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, performance management, policy design, employee engagement, payroll, and leave management. Job Description: • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing interviewing, and onboarding new employees. • Manage the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees. • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and legal requirements. • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and high employee morale. • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Administer and maintain leave management systems, tracking employee time off and ensuring proper documentation. • Conduct regular performance reviews and support managers in implementing effective performance management processes. Require Candidate Profile: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's preferred). • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a small organization, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office.
