Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Ahmedabad location for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. They will work closely with leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and values. They will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees to foster a positive working environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the organization
• Proficient in HR software tools and MS Office suite
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
