We are looking for an IN-HOUSE Human Resource (HR) Manager!
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
An HR manager's role is essential to any business's success and team building. People are our most important asset, and you'll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is vital for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Process-oriented and Self-driven
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Create and Maintain Good Work Environment/Culture for both Employees & Employers.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Payroll Management/ Attendance Record
• Office Management
• Good command of the English language
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing processes like Content Marketing and SEO.
Experience: 1 year +
Salary: Based on Experience and Skills
