You’ll be 1. Responsible for Factory HR Operations looking after employee grievance, payroll, compliance, recruitment 2. Acting as a liaison manager between labour force and management 3. Responsible for hiring, laying off employees, planning personal needs and conducting job analysis 4. Needed to analyse performances, manage salary and wages, provide benefits, resolve disputes and communicate with employees at every level • You’ll need to be well presented, trustworthy, have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
