Royal Brothers is India's Largest & South India's First RTO Authorized Self-Ride Bike Rental Service Provider. We are based out of Bangalore operating in 45 cities and scaling up exponentially. We currently have a staggering fleet size of 2000+ including all Royal Enfield models, scooters, sports bikes, super bikes, etc.
We are a mix of state-of-the-art technology and scrupulous operation to put a rider on his bike and a smile on his face! Happy and safe riding folks :)
Job Title- HR Manager
Job description
· Develop and execute the organizational development strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives
· Set up Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for all employees, and regularly monitor progress towards achieving them
· Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues
· Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees as needed
· Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring that salaries are competitive and benefits packages are attractive
· Management of recruitment, selection and exit procedures
· Develop and implement training and development programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge
· Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
· Develop and manage employee engagement programs, including team building activities, recognition programs, and other initiatives to help employees feel connected to the company
· Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of all information
· Coach and Mentor Leaders in hiring decisions, remuneration decisions, people development and leadership team development
· Align HR practices between business units and locations in India
· Nurture a positive working environment within the organisation
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 7+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on organizational development, ideally in agency, MNC or tech industries
· Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
· Experience setting up KRAs and OKRs
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Excellent Inter Personal Skills, Very Good on Communication front, Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, Excellent listening skills, good negotiation and presentation skills.
Education
PG: Preferably MBA
