US SHIFT, FULL TIME ON SITE ROLE (Not a Remote role)
Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall organizational goals. This role involves overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR-related operations. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and goals.
2. Oversee the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and industry standards.
3. Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
4. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate smooth integration and enhance employee performance.
5. Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to department heads and supervisors.
6.Payroll Administration
7. Foster employee engagement initiatives and develop programs to promote a positive work culture and boost employee morale.
8. Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring effective conflict resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
+. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and produce regular reports on key HR metrics for management review.
10. Coordinate with senior management to develop and execute effective workforce planning strategies.
11. Ensure the organization's compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices and employment laws.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2.Proven work experience as an HR Manager for minimum 5 years or in a similar HR role, demonstrating expertise in HR strategy creation and execution.
3. In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
4.Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
6. Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
7. Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis, with the ability to provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
8. Ability to develop and implement effective employee engagement and performance management strategies.
