Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing JD's & setting KRA's & KPA of professionals with varying skills at all levels & across various geographies.
- Manage job mapping and job evaluation of all roles
- Handling Statutory Compliances and grievances of Warehouses on timely basis.
- Manage Goal / KPI setting, Performance Evaluation & Annual Appraisal Cycle
- Carry out Leadership Assessment and support in designing of Individual Development Plans
- Monitoring performance, feedback & summarizing it into a report .
- Calculating and verifying the performance scores & grades of all the employees.
- Analyzing and maintaining the PMS, HRIS and KRA Records of all the employees
