Roles & Responsibilities
•Processing and validating client payroll for minimum of 2000+ employees.
•Preparing Monthly report (Salary JV, Salary monthly Variance, Cost Centre & Attrition report, etc.) as per the client request.
•Handling Employees Monthly Statutory filing Activities (PF, ESI, PT & LWF) and ensure monthly reports to the client.
•Basic knowledge about TDS and 24Q filing activities for Client.
•Ensuring the delivery of a high quality, responsive and efficient service within the stipulated TAT.
•Ensure that client requirements are fully understood by the Payroll Team
