I. Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the overall human

resources strategy, as well as initiating Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives

appropriate for an organization engaged in the manufacture of automotive and mechanical parts.

In addition to key areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and training, they

utilize technology and data analysis to support organizational growth and ensure a safe and

compliant workplace environment. Leadership, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches are

essential.

II. Major Responsibilities

Development and Implementation of Human Resources Strategy: Based on the organization's

vision and goals, formulate and execute effective human resources strategies encompassing the

entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, retention, compensation, and

retirement plan.

Utilization of Technology: Harness HR technology and digital tools to analyze employee data,

understand performance and needs, and establish more efficient human resources management

processes using AI and machine learning.
