Human Resources Manager

Position: HR MANAGER Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5+ Salary Upto : 7.5 lpa Timings: 10:30a.m.-7:30p.m. Working days: 6 days a week Job Description: · Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy · Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues · Manage the recruitment and selection process · Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital · Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization · Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance · Maintain pay plan and benefits program · Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs · Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics · Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management · Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts · Take care of the Generalist Role as well · Take care of the Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit Interviews, etc · Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. · Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. • · Knowledge and experience in statutory -Provident Fund , ESI
