Position - HR Manager - Operations & Client ServicingJob Responsibilities:- HR OperationsInduction – Ensuring successful on boarding of new joinees.Employee Record Keeping & Documentation – Manage all the registers and records of employees. Maintain all database on Hire Craft.Compensation & Benefits – Monitor all pay practices for effectiveness and cost containment. Formulate & suggest to the management about competitive compensation and benefits programs for the employees.Talent Management – Talent Management consists of Talent Acquisition and Talent Retention. To achieve it, concentrate on effective hiring and retaining the top performer.Attendance and Leave Management – Tracking and monitoring Attendance and Leave Policy. Collation of all employees attendance, leave data and submitting consolidated attendance data to the payroll department for further process. Post receiving salary sheet from payroll department, after verifying it forward to the client for further action.Invoice Management – Ensure all the invoices are forwarded to the clients in time and conduct payment follow up and collect the payment on time.Employee Relations – Maintain employee relation and settle their grievances on top priority.Employee Exit – Conduct exit formalities for departing employees and complete full and final settlement within the timeline.CompliancesDeduct all the applicable statutory dues (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.)ESIC Challan generation under various sub codesIssue Tax related documents i.e. Form 16 to employees enabling them to file their returns in time.Process full and final settlements of departed employees i.e. PF, Gratuity, Leave encashment and manage to handover payable cheque within the agreed time.Remain updated about the statutory acts applicable on payroll activities and inform to the management accordingly.Client ServicingMaintain relationship with the existing clients to generate incremental business.Understand and implement strategy to make sure that clients requirements are getting fulfilled within TAT with minimum complaints/escalationsVisiting clients site officeAs the face of company, build the brand image of the company.QualificationsAny Graduate or MBAJob Location - Goregaon East, Mumbai
