Job Description
The ideal candidate (Female only) will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Keeping job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws for all positions.
• Handling investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
• Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations
• Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
