Roles and Responsibilities

Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and develop improvement plans as needed.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless introduction to the company's work environment and culture.
Manage employee benefits programs, addressing any inquiries or issues related to compensation and benefits.

Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes, providing guidance to both employees and management to achieve equitable outcomes.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
