Job Description-
• Recruitment , campus placement
• Maintain Attendance records, payroll
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Develop compensation and benefits plan
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment proces
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
• Organize learning and development programs
• Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
• Engage with employees to increase retention
• Smooth execution on onboarding and handholding of the new joiners to drive activations and higher productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment across multiple functions.
2. Enough knowledge of using job portals and social media.
3. High Energy and Passion interacting with Candidates and Employees.
4. Good communication skills
