About the job:
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional with outstanding people skills to manage and lead our personnel and ensure that our HR programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. The candidate will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build an HR function that partners the business with a growth mindset while setting a strong foundation of people operations and best-in-class people policies and practices.
· Coordinating within HR department, providing support and lead on various aspects of HR including hiring, conducting campus placements, Induction, employee engagement payroll, performance management, HR Operations, employee grievances, structuring compensation, and benefits and exit.
· Support in formulating and implementing HR strategies and policies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, creating job descriptions, mitigating risk, benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
• Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees- level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
· Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
· Ensure and support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
· Ensure complete employee database and documentation.
· Improve HR processes that support business growth.
· Improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers.
· Manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values.
• Coordinate with heads of department on leadership, change management, talent engagement, and for a high-performance and growth-oriented mindset.
Key Skills and Qualification:
· Master’s degree in business or related field.
· Knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
· Confident, articulate, and able to influence at all levels with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Results and solutions focused.
· Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment
