Job Description:
Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd., a leading FMCG company, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively align HR strategies with the company's goals and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
