JOB DESCRIPTION
Sourcing & Recruitment
l Responsible for sourcing of Resumes via recruitment Portals, Agencies, Consultants, Digital Media, etc.
l Responsible for recruitment of employees (Shortlisting resumes & Conducting 1st round of Interviews)
l Collaborate with Operations on monthly recruitment planning
l Responsible for ensuring all files and documents related to employees are up-to- date.
Campus Hiring & Induction
l Participate in Campus engagement Program's such as guest lectures on campuses, Management connect, etc.
l Conduct Campus presentations and selection process
l Responsible for seamless On boarding, Orientation and Induction of new employees
Payroll
l Responsible for accurate & timely completion of monthly Payroll processing
l Responsible for F&F Calculation and timely disbursement
l Responsible for Finalisation of Bonus & Incentives as per set parameters
Analysis & Action Planning
l New Joinees : Monitor Performance, attendance & development milestones etc. during the first 3 Months.
l Responsible for qualitative analysis/ monthly reporting (management stability, People Turnover Ratio, attrition, restaurant staffing, etc.)
l Responsible for Coordination with Operations on Monthly Business Review from people perspective
Learning & Development
l Coordinates training sessions
l Conducts training that motivates, builds competencies and improves the individual's performance and contribution to restaurant results
l Communicates and provides feedback to restaurant management, regarding the success and opportunities for people development
Employee Relations & Compliance
l Have understanding of labour law related statutory requirement of the state, Liaise with local labour consultants on matters related to labour inspections , response to notices, license procurement & renewals, etc., facilitate ESIC utilisation by employees under ESIC coverage and all related queries , handle PF queries
l Have understanding of various laws & regulations related to fair people practice
l Understand and be able to counsel staff on Disciplinary Actions, involuntary exits cases, etc.
l Grievance handling
l Responsible for ensuring adherence to HR & Company Policies
l Conduct random Exit Interviews from Team Members and regular exit interviews for all management employees to ensure maximum retention in the company.
l Responsible for all Employee related Communications/Announcements
l Responsible for Organising various employee engagement activities
l Responsible for handling Office administration
Develop Organisation Capability
l Create organisation structure in line with the business plan and goals
l Create hiring plans and drive recruitment, selection and onboarding
l Design and implement employee development and training initiatives
l Ensure succession planning for key roles
