Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, attract, and recruit top-tier talent across various roles within the agency.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the agency's staffing needs.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate the hiring process in collaboration with department heads.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals to expand our talent pool.
Onboarding and Orientation:
. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to integrate seamlessly into the agency.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with our culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Address disciplinary issues and performance management matters in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Agency Operations:
Collaborate with agency leadership to streamline and optimize operational processes across departments.
Monitor and assess agency performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in project management, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
