Designation: Human Resource Manager
Location: Baner, Pune
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: MBA HR
Min. Experience: 10+ years
Job Responsibilities:
v Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
v Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
v Manage the recruitment and selection process
v Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
v Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
v Nurture a positive working environment
v Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
v Maintain pay plan and benefits program
v Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
v Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
v Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
v Maintain employee records (attendance, HR data, health insurance data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
v Review employee working conditions and share/escalate
v Administering KEKA or any other HRMS/ HRIS, payroll and maintain employee records as per set compliance
