The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in human resources managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsExperience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementAbility to work well in a team and independentlyBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldRelevant certifications in human resources management
