SAR, with its unique ability to see through clouds, haze, dust, fog, darkness, is the most sought-after geospatial imaging technology today.
We are looking for an HR Manager (preferably from Kolkata or nearby areas) in our company who can handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
Qualification
Must have:
• BBA/PGDM in HR specialization
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in using Excel and Word
Responsibilities
The candidate’s responsibilities in handling end-to-end recruitment process would include the following:
• Maintaining an effective database of candidates as per the need of the organization.
• To complete HR formalities like Letter of Intent (LOI), Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Relieving letter, Exit Interviews.
• Handling all the queries related to salary, leaves, attendance, and reimbursements.
• Manage the process of interviewing, hiring, as well as terminations.
• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee related issues.
• Respond to inquiries regarding human resources’ policies and procedures.
• Responsible for acting as an executive for higher management.
