LOCATION: SALT LAKE, KOLKATA
QUALIFICATION: MBA HR OR EQUIVALENT
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 YEARS in the same field
RESPONSIBILITIES : Pay Roll and Attendance, Performance evaluation, understanding of Training need and conducting training sessions, maintaining discipline and organizational culture, Employee Relation & Grievance Handling, Manpower Planning & Recruitment , Employee Life Cycle, Compensations & Benefits, monthly Salary, Yearly Bonus, Statutories
