Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
• Administer benefits programs, including health, retirement, and employee assistance programs
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee grievances and complaints
• Prepare and analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files
• Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
Working Conditions:
The HR Manager typically works in an office setting and is required to travel occasionally. This position may require working outside of regular business hours to accommodate meetings and deadlines
