Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our organization's mission and values.
Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions.
Create and maintain employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Work closely with management to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
Conduct exit interviews and develop strategies to improve employee retention.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
