Job Description
· Training and Development
1. Organizing indoor professional training program for the employees.
· Attendance and Payroll Management
1. Maintaining HR database and handling the payroll system.
2. Calculating attendance and salaries on the basis of leaves and late comings and verification of the same with the employees to avoid discrepancies if any.
· Employee engagement
1. Conducting team building, fun events and newsletters for employees with the help of existing employees in the company.
· Organizational Development Structure
1. Preparing Organizational structure chart as per company’s designation structure to have it in our employee handbook for all the employees.
· Employee Grievances
1. Maintaining Employee-Employer relations within the organization.
2. Arranging regular HR catch up for employee feedback and suggestions.
3. Managing employee grievances and be a mediator between the senior management and the employee and try to resolve it.
· Appraisals and Performance management
1. Handling 360 degree Performance appraisal process on yearly basis.
2. Conducting face to face meeting sessions with the employees and then be a mediator between the senior management and the employee with regards to increment and job performance.
· Other Functions
1. Preparing invoices and debit notes for Clients on a monthly basis
2. Handling payment recovery from clients.
3. Managing day to day office expenses.
4. Managing internal and third party vendors.
5. Handling admin related work. (Laptops, Internet, Inventory, managing office boys booking tickets / assisting with Visa / rent payments
