Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Manager/Senior manager – HR operations, you will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including employee satisfaction surveys, Salary processing, attendance management, Audits and policy recommendations and statutory compliances.
Key Tasks
• Manage and oversee new hire orientation which includes pre joining checks and onboarding process, Conduct Confirmation reviews, Performance improvement plans
• Play a role of checker in all internal HR MIS’s
• Error free payroll processing along with attendance management
• Manage the maintenance and execution of the Performance management system at the organization level.
