Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing hospitality organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, identify staffing needs, and attract, interview, and select candidates for various positions.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts, and ensure that all employees are treated fairly and with respect.
• Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of employees, and provide opportunities for skill development and growth.
• Compliance: Ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and health and safety regulations.
• Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that support the goals of the organization and protect the interests of employees.
• Employee Engagement: Create a positive and engaged workplace culture, and foster an environment of trust and open communication between employees and management.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
