Job Summary: We are a leading digital marketing agency, specializing in public relations, and we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing agencies, preferably with PR experience, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru offices. This will be an individual contributor role, reporting to the HR Head based out of Delhi. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices that comply with relevant laws and regulations, and align with the agency's culture and values.
• Assist the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees for the Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru offices. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in develop and delivery HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and talent development, including performance reviews, training and development programs, and career development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Assist in employee benefits administration, including managing benefits programs, coordinating with vendors, and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvements and interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR Head based out of Delhi on various HR initiatives, projects, and strategies for the overall success of the HR function.
Qualifications:
• 4-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a digital marketing agency, with a background in PR.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
