Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the worldwide Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

CTC : 8 - 12 LPA
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the organization's objectives
• Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and off-boarding processes
• Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
• Manage the compensation and benefits administration process
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
• Implement technology automation to streamline HR processes
• Handle employee relations and grievance management
• Manage HR budget and provide regular reports to the executive team
• Participate in senior management meetings and provide input on HR-related matters
• Coach and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and development.
• Hire & manage in international locations
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations with a strong background in performance management, implementing technology automation, and grievance management
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to manage HR budgets and deliver results
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor HR staff to achieve high performance and growth
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP is preferred.
