• This is an onsite job in Kuwait (NOT REMOTE) and needs immediate joining and relocation to Kuwait
• Salary Range: Maximum $1500 (USD), Employee needs to manage living expenses and accommodation on own
• Passport: Minimum TWO years validity (expiry remaining)
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager preferred from the Wellness & Spa industry with 7+ years of experience to lead the overall human resources department and ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the industry.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing all HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the growth and success of our business.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment for a startup culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage all HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, online job boards, and other recruitment sources to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings, while also conducting phone and in-person interviews to screen and hire the most qualified candidates.
• Train and onboard new employees, including massage therapists and drivers, ensuring they are properly trained on company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Manage the performance review process and provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional growth and development.
• Create and maintain HR metrics to track employee engagement, retention, and turnover rates, and make recommendations for improvements based on the data.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws and data privacy regulations.
• Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues, including disputes, harassment claims, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the spa or wellness industry with experience in recruiting massage therapists.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English
