• Talent Acquisition:
• Thorough knowledge on recruitment
• Able to select right talent for the defined position
• Able to close recruitment requirements in the specified time period
• Extremely pro-active on closing the whole recruitment process
• To schedule and co-ordinate telephonic interview calls and in-person interviews, prepare offer letter and process new hire paperwork
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and on boarding process.
• Use LinkedIn extensively
• Create KRA’s along with Management for different positions
• Retention: while hiring new employees, at the same time able to retaining old employees
• Must be a Business Partner for the company
• Budgeting for the company
• Fast Paced & Initiator
• Periodic performance evaluation procedures to be conducted and manage Employees Performance Management (PMS)
• Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
• Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
• Research, Implement and Administer all company benefit plans
• Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet HRA personnel information needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain all personnel files.
• Admin responsibilities: Clearing vouchers etc
• Creating guidelines along with management for all the different HR activities and other departments if required
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate
• Manage staff training / development program.
• Act as back-up to Staff Accountant for payroll processing.
• Identify and work with external HR consultants and attorneys on special projects as needed.
• Serve on several internal committees including Worksite Wellness and Diversity.
