Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle for staff from Hire to retire- overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development and HR compliance. They will also be responsible for creating HR policies and procedures, managing HR projects, and ensuring legal compliance.
Qualifications
• Experience in human resources management with a focus on recruitment and joining procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
