Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities in plant and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
1. To have effective manpower planning and ensure availability of the same for production
2. Recruitment & Selection – source , screen and recommend candidates as manpower requirement
3. Induction – conduct orientation of new employees. Educate them on policies, practices and systems followed in the organization. Ensure proper hand holding of new joiners
4. Attendance Management – Ensure timely submission of attendance records of permanent & contract employees.
5. Performance Management System – Administer yearly appraisal cycle
6. Training & Development – conduct training programs as per the requirement
7. Maintain Disciplined & harmonious relations- Create and maintain a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts, developing network and adequate communication with employees.
8. Contract Labour - Contractor statutory compliances, Contractor Management, Labour availability according to the requirements from the departments. Manage Contract renewals and amendments
+. Fulfill the requirement of statutory compliances on timely basis with respect to applicability of laws.
10. Liasoning - Liasoning with the local Govt. departments of Chief Inspector of Factories, Labour Department, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance etc.
11. Prepare & Maintain MIS for HR functions like recruitment, Payroll and Full & final settlement.
12. Provide & upkeep the facilities like Housekeeping, security and general admin
